Spiritual Guidance

Dharma, karma, bhakti, meditation, and daily practice

Sanatana Dharma offers many paths to the same summit. Whether through devotion, knowledge, action, or meditation, the goal is the same: realization of the Self and freedom (moksha).

The Four Yogas

The Bhagavad Gita teaches complementary paths suited to different temperaments:

  • Karma Yoga — the path of selfless action
  • Bhakti Yoga — the path of loving devotion
  • Jnana Yoga — the path of self-inquiry and knowledge
  • Raja Yoga — the path of meditation and inner discipline

Core Concepts

Dharma (right living), karma (action and consequence), samsara (the cycle of becoming), and moksha (liberation) frame the spiritual journey. Each tradition — Advaita, Vishishtadvaita, Dvaita, Shaiva, Shakta, Vaishnava — offers its own lens.

Daily Practice

A simple daily sadhana — early rising, meditation, scripture study, mantra japa, and an evening review — gradually steadies the mind, as the Gita's lamp in a windless place.
